华南地区水厂耐腐蚀抗浮锚杆应用研究

Research on the Application of Corrosion-resistant and Anti-floating Anchor Rods in Water Plants in South China

  • 摘要: 抗浮锚杆技术广泛应用于抵抗建筑物的地下空间、给排水构筑物产生的浮力。在锚杆设计中,技术人员过多地关注抗拔承载力而忽视了锚杆耐久性问题。华南地区某新建自来水厂项目所处场区经过地质勘察发现,地下水对混凝土结构中的钢筋具有一般微腐蚀性,为保障锚杆的耐久性和可靠性及满足自来水厂的长期使用要求,需要对抗浮锚杆采取相应的抗腐蚀措施。本文开展了两种情况下(不涂/涂有防锈蚀涂层)的锚杆拉拔试验。试验表明,涂有防锈蚀涂层的锚杆的抗拔力没有明显下降并且满足抗拔要求。

     

    Abstract: Anti-floating anchor technology is widely used to resist the buoyancy generated by underground spaces, water supply, and building drainage structures. In anchor design, technicians pay too much attention to the pull-out bearing capacity and ignore the durability of anchors. After geological surveys of the site of a new water plant project in South China, it is found that groundwater has a general micro-corrosive effect on the steel bars in the concrete structure. To ensure the anchor's durability and reliability and meet the water plant's long-term use requirements, it is necessary to take corresponding anti-corrosion measures for anti-floating anchors. This paper conducts anchor pull-out tests under two conditions (without/with anti-corrosion coating). The test shows that the pull-out force of the anchor coated with anti-corrosion coating does not decrease significantly and meets the pull-out requirements.
