既有结构鉴定中混凝土强度取值问题的研究

Research on the Value Problem of Concrete Strength in the Identification of Existing Structures

  • 摘要: 为研究既有结构检测鉴定中混凝土强度的取值问题,本文通过分析混凝土强度值的分布规律,引入正态性检验法判断钻芯法检测混凝土强度无法推定的原因,提出了一种基于目标标准差快速判断异常值和补充抽样量的方法,并提出了合理的强度取值方法。结果表明:抽检样本不来自整体样本、抽样过于集中、整体样本标准差过大是导致混凝土强度无法推定的主要原因,正态性检验可有效分析出三种情况;既有结构鉴定的强度取值需谨慎考虑,在综合考虑结构的安全性和后续加固的可行性和经济性,应结合数据正态性、采样分布、异常值剔除、补充抽检、论证取值等多种方法予以确认。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the value problem of concrete strength in the identification of existing structures, through the analysis of the the concrete strength distribution, the normality test method is used to identify the reasons for the difficulty of obtaining the concrete strength. The concept of the target standard deviation is proposed for the quick analysis of the outliers and supplementing sample sizes. The results indicate that the three main reasons for the difficulty of obtaining the concrete strength are samples not from the overall sample,the concentrated sampling and the large standard deviation of the overall sample. The concrete strength values can be confirmed cautiously by the consideration of the safety of the structure, the feasibility and economy of subsequent reinforcement.The methods that can be used include data normality, sampling distribution, outlier removal, supplementary sampling, and value justification.
