大悬臂现浇盖梁支架体系受力有限元分析

Finite Element Analysis of Support System for Cast-in-place Cantilever Cover Beam

  • 摘要: 桥梁工程中,盖梁通常采用现浇施工,因此合理设计支架对保障施工安全、提高施工质量具有重要意义。本文以太浏公路大桥为研究背景,对现浇大悬臂盖梁支架体系进行设计,采用有限元计算软件MIDAS Civil建立支架体系的三维有限元分析模型,对支架的受力、变形和稳定性进行计算分析。结果表明,考虑不同荷载组合条件下,支架各部分的受力、变形以及支架体系稳定性均满足相关设计要求,表明该支架体系可满足桥梁施工的相关需求。此外,研究还表明有限元数值计算可有效应用于相关工程的设计和施工中。

     

    Abstract: In bridge engineering, the cover beam is usually constructed in situ. Reasonable design of support is of great significance to ensure construction safety, and improve construction quality. Based on the Tailiu Highway Bridge, the support system for cast-in-place large cantilever cover beam is designed, and the three-dimensional finite element model of which is established by MIDAS Civil to analyze the force, deformation and stability. Results show that, considering different load combination conditions, the force, deformation and stability of each part of the support system meet the design requirements, indicating that the support system can meet the needs of bridge construction. In addition, the study also shows that the finite element numerical calculation can be effectively applied to the design and construction of related projects.
