装配式柱式检查坑施工技术

Construction Technology of Prefabricated Column-type Inspection Pit

  • 摘要: 为了解决传统地铁段场的检查坑立柱采用现浇工艺造成的成型效果差、二次装修成本较高、混凝土浇筑及养护的质量控制困难、施工作业工序复杂和文明施工管理困难等问题,现采用一种柱式检查坑装配式立柱的预制短柱装配化施工新工法,其可实现柱式检查坑标准化设计、工厂化生产、装配化施工的技术革新。该技术工艺采用“工装固定短柱成组,预先调平,垂直吊装,直接搁置,座浆底板”的施工工法,经现场检验,实现了质量数据达标、现场直接拼装、拼接设施循环利用的目标。与传统的施工方法相比,采用此工法后可减少大量混凝土浇筑作业,节省了人工劳力,提高了工作效率,能够有效节省30%的钢筋使用量,减少现场施工时间50%,综合效益可提升20%。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of poor forming effect, high cost of secondary decoration, difficulty in quality control of concrete pouring and maintenance, complex construction procedures, and difficulties in civilized construction management caused by the use of cast-in-place technology for inspection pit columns in traditional subway sections, a new prefabricated short column assembly construction method for column inspection pit assembly columns is now adopted, which can achieve technological innovation in standardized design, factory production, and assembly construction of column inspection pits. This technology adopts the construction method of "fixing short columns in groups with fixtures, pre leveling, vertical lifting, direct placement, and grouting bottom plate". After on-site inspection, the goal of meeting quality data standards, direct on-site assembly, and recycling of splicing facilities has been achieved. Compared with traditional construction methods, adopting this method can reduce a large amount of concrete pouring operations, save manual labor, improve work efficiency, effectively save 30% of steel bar usage, reduce on-site construction time by 50%, and increase comprehensive benefits by 20%.
