“外爬内支”施工技术在超高层建筑核心筒结构施工中的应用

Technical Research on Outer Climbing Inner Support Construction Technology for Core-tube Structure Construction in Super High-rise Building

  • 摘要: 框架-核心筒结构体系因其抗侧刚度大、承载能力高、抗震性能良好而被超高层建筑广泛采用。传统核心筒施工大多采用“全爬”的施工方式,竖向结构与水平结构施工不同步,这不仅影响核心筒施工质量,还可能造成内部施工安全隐患。本文旨在对核心筒结构体系在超高层建筑中的施工技术进行优化研究,以珠江新城B1-1A塔项目为例,对比“外爬内支”和“全爬”两种施工技术的工艺特点和优缺点,并探讨采用“外爬内支”技术时核心筒施工的操作管理要点。研究结果表明:与“全爬”施工技术相比,“外爬内支”的施工方式具有显著的技术先进性、安全性和经济性;“外爬内支”施工中必须加强协调内外模板之间的连接,保证施工质量;“外爬内支”施工方式可采用单独安装卸料平台的方式,将其作为物料的中转站,配合材料周转和运输。

     

    Abstract: The frame-core tube structure system is widely used in super high-rise buildings because of its large lateral stiffness, high bearing capacity and good seismic performance. Traditional core tube construction mostly adopts the "full climbing" construction method, and the vertical structure and horizontal structure construction are not synchronized, which not only affects the quality of core tube construction, but also may cause internal construction safety hazards. The purpose of this paper is to optimize the construction technology of core tube structure system in super high-rise buildings. Taking the B1-1A tower project of the Pearl River New City as an example, this paper compares the process characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of two construction technologies, namely "external climbing and internal supporting" and "full climbing", and discusses the key points of operation and management of core tube construction when using the "external climbing and internal supporting" technology. The research results show that compared with the "full climbing" construction technology, the construction method of "external climbing and internal supporting" has significant technical advancement, safety and economy; the construction of "external climbing and internal supporting" must strengthen the coordination between the inner and outer formwork to ensure that the construction of the core tube cylinder can be carried out in a safe and efficient way. In the construction of "external climbing and internal support", the connection between internal and external formwork must be strengthened to ensure the construction quality; the construction method of "external climbing and internal support" can adopt the method of installing separate unloading platform, which can be used as a material transfer station to cooperate with the material turnover and transportation.
