基于荷载试验的预应力混凝土小箱梁桥UHPC加固后抗弯承载力研究

Research on Flexural Capacity of Prestressed Concrete Small Box Girder Bridge after UHPC Reinforcement Based on Load Test

  • 摘要: 随着汽车保有量的日益增长,桥梁超载现象时有发生,桥梁加固工作就显得尤为重要。UHPC因具有强度高、韧性高、耐久性高等特点,且可有效提高结构承载力和耐腐蚀性而被广泛应用。本文以北洼子中桥为例,对未加固和UHPC加固后的承载力进行对比,通过有限元软件进行数值模拟对比。结果表明:采用UHPC进行合理的加固能使小箱梁截面承载力提高30%-40%,从而提高桥梁整体抗弯承载力。

     

    Abstract: With the increasing of vehicle ownership, bridge overload occurs from time to time, and bridge reinforcement is particularly important. UHPC is widely used due to its high strength, toughness, durability, and ability to effectively improve structural load-bearing capacity and corrosion resistance. In this paper, taking Beiwazi Middle Bridge as an example, the bearing capacity of unreinforced and UHPC reinforced Bridges is compared, and the numerical simulation is carried out by finite element software. The results show that using UHPC for reasonable reinforcement can increase the section bearing capacity of small box girders by 30% -40%, thereby improving the overall bending capacity of the bridge.
