新型分离式钢引钻头在袖阀管土体加固中的工程应用分析

  • 摘要: 为了解决复杂地质条件下PVC袖阀管钻进过程中的引管难、变形大甚至是破裂等问题对地基加固效果的影响,本文提出一种新型分离式钢引管钻头,并对其在袖阀管土体加固的工程应用中进行了有效性分析和验证。结果表明,该方法能保证袖阀管在软弱地基被快速有效地引至设计埋深,显著改善了袖阀管在土体里的垂直度,同时解决了引送过程中的变形及破裂问题。这不仅保证了工程质量,也缩短了工期并降低了损耗成本。此外,水溶性胶合材料连接方式便于牵引分离,不仅提高了施工材料的可循环使用性,也减少了工程材料的环境污染,具有显著的社会经济效益,可供地基深化处理的设计人员及施工人员参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of difficult to lead pipe, deformation and even rupture in the process of PVC cuff pipe drilling under complex geological conditions on the weakening effect of foundation reinforcement, the paper proposed a new type of separated steel lead pipe drilling bit with effectiveness analysis and validation in the engineering application of cuff pipe soil reinforcement, and the results show that, through the application of the method, it is possible to ensure that the cuff pipe can be led to the design depth quickly and effectively in the weak foundation. The results show that the application of this method can ensure that the sleeve valve tube in the weak foundation is quickly and effectively led to the design depth, effectively solving the verticality of the sleeve valve tube in the soil and the deformation and rupture problems in the process of leading, which not only ensures the quality of the project, but also shortens the construction period and reduces the cost of wear and tear. In addition, the connection of the water-soluble gluing material is easy to separate the hauling, which not only improves the recyclability of the construction materials, but also reduces the environmental pollution of the engineering materials, which has obvious social and economic benefits, and can be used for designers and constructors of the deepening of foundation treatment.
