矿渣粉再生粗骨料混凝土抗氯盐腐蚀劣化规律分析

Analysis of Seawater Corrosion Deterioration Pattern of Concrete with Recycled Coarse Aggregate from Slag Powder

  • 摘要: 为了探究不同质量比的再生粗骨料替代碎石(0、50%、100%)以及25%质量比矿渣粉替代水泥后,再生粗骨料混凝土的抗氯盐腐蚀劣化规律,本研究开展了相关试验。采用质量分数为10%的NaCl溶液,对不同配比的再生粗骨料混凝土进行了0、150、300次干湿循环腐蚀试验和氯化物渗透试验。通过测试混凝土的抗压强度、质量损失率以及抗氯化物渗透性能,分析其变化规律。试验结果表明,再生粗骨料混凝土抗压强度、抗氯离子渗透性能随再生粗骨料质量比的增加而减小,质量损失率随再生粗骨质量比的增加而增大;添加25%质量比的矿渣粉可提高300次干湿循环腐蚀后再生粗骨料混凝土的抗压强度,降低质量损失率,并提高抗氯化物渗透性能;当矿渣粉质量比为25%、再生粗骨料质量比为50%时,再生粗骨料混凝土抗氯盐腐蚀性能最佳。因此,适量掺入矿渣粉可提升再生粗骨料混凝土的抗氯盐腐蚀性能。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the degradation law of chloride salt corrosion resistance of recycled coarse aggregate concrete after replacing crushed stone with different mass ratios (0, 50%, 100%) and slag powder with 25% mass ratio instead of cement, this study conducted relevant experiments. A 10% NaCl solution was used to conduct 0, 150, and 300 wet dry cycle corrosion tests and chloride penetration tests on recycled coarse aggregate concrete with different ratios. By testing the compressive strength, mass loss rate, and chloride penetration resistance of concrete, analyze its variation patterns. The experimental results show that the compressive strength and resistance to chloride ion penetration of recycled coarse aggregate concrete decrease with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate mass ratio, and the mass loss rate increases with the increase of recycled coarse bone mass ratio; Adding 25% by mass of slag powder can improve the compressive strength of recycled coarse aggregate concrete after 300 cycles of dry wet corrosion, reduce mass loss rate, and enhance its resistance to chloride penetration; When the mass ratio of slag powder is 25% and the mass ratio of recycled coarse aggregate is 50%, the recycled coarse aggregate concrete has the best resistance to chloride corrosion; Moderate addition of slag powder can enhance the chloride salt corrosion resistance of recycled coarse aggregate concrete.
