国土空间规划下风景园林多场景协同设计研究

Research on Multi-scenario Collaborative Design of Landscape Architecture in National Land Space Planning

  • 摘要: 在国土空间规划全面推进的背景下,传统风景园林设计方法难以适应不同空间场景的差异化与规划管理要求。设计工作除考量景观与功能外,更应立足国土空间规划体系,将其作为法定依据,确保与空间用途管制要求有效衔接。为此,本研究旨在探索一种相互协同的风景园林分类设计方法,以提升空间治理的精细化水平与实施效能。本研究提出“空间场景响应法”,选取乡村风貌区、工业园区、居住区与商业广场四类典型空间场景,结合粤北山区、广东工业园及珠三角滨水区等典型案例开展实证研究,系统构建了基于场景特征、功能需求及规划约束的设计方法体系。研究表明:(1)乡村空间需以“生态修复-产业联动-文化激活”为核心的协同策略,可有效促进城乡融合;(2)工业场景应构建“污染隔离-海绵系统-微气候调节”三位一体的技术矩阵,增强区域环境韧性;(3)住商复合区需统筹“安全基底-活力效能-文化认同”三维目标,实现功能复合与人文关怀的结合。本研究验证了“空间场景响应法”的适用性与实效性,强调了设计契合规划总体目标与约束条件的重要性,为国土空间资源配置提供了技术路径,推动了风景园林设计向以规划为依据、场景化为导向的系统支持转型。

     

    Abstract: Against the backdrop of comprehensive advancement in national territorial spatial planning, traditional landscape architecture design methodologies struggle to adapt to the differentiated spatial contexts and planning management requirements across diverse settings. Beyond considering aesthetics and functionality, design efforts must now anchor themselves within the national territorial spatial planning framework, treating it as a statutory basis to ensure seamless alignment with spatial use control requirements. To this end, this study aims to explore a synergistic landscape architecture classification design approach to enhance the precision and implementation effectiveness of spatial governance. This study proposes the “Spatial Scenario Response Method.” By selecting four typical spatial scenarios—rural landscape zones, industrial parks, residential areas, and commercial plazas—and conducting empirical research through case studies in northern Guangdong's mountainous regions, Guangdong industrial parks, and the Pearl River Delta waterfront areas, it systematically constructs a design methodology based on scenario characteristics, functional requirements, and planning constraints. Findings indicate: (1) Rural spaces require a synergistic strategy centered on “ecological restoration-industrial linkage-cultural revitalization” to effectively promote urban-rural integration; (2) Industrial scenarios should establish a tripartite technical matrix of “pollution isolation-sponge systems-microclimate regulation” to enhance regional environmental resilience; (3) Mixed-use residential-commercial zones must coordinate three-dimensional objectives of “safety foundation-vitality efficiency-cultural identity” to integrate functional complexity with humanistic care. This research validates the applicability and effectiveness of the “Spatial Scenario Response Method,” emphasizing the importance of aligning design with overarching planning objectives and constraints. It provides a technical pathway for land resource allocation and advances landscape architecture design toward a planning-based, scenario-oriented system support transformation.
