斜拉桥塔内有限空间拉索安装技术研究

Research on Cable Installation Technology of Limited Space in Cable-stayed Bridge Tower

  • 摘要: 为保证异型钢塔斜拉桥塔内斜拉索正常安装及使用,提出塔内有限空间斜拉索安装技术研究。将塔上张拉端牵引进入塔内拉索导管,张拉端锚平,当塔上端锚固后,将锚固端牵引进入梁端拉索导管,旋转螺母使锚固端到达设计位置;拉索张拉遵循分级分阶段张拉,单边分阶段张拉按照索力的30%,60%,80%,100%进行。通过测量桥梁高程、索力、索塔偏移,结果显示主梁标高与设计值相差在2cm内;成桥拉索索力与设计值误差控制在5%内;索塔偏位与设计值相差2cm内,满足设计要求,同时解决了塔内尺寸以及索力需求不足的难题。运用先塔端安装张拉端后进行梁端锚固端安装,并采用塔内分阶段张拉斜拉索的施工方法,能够有效保证斜拉桥施工质量。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the normal installation of the cable in the special-shaped steel tower cable-stayed bridge and the normal stress of the bridge, the research on the installation technology of the cable in the limited space in the tower is put forward. To solve the problem of insufficient size and cable force demand in the tower, the tower end is used for unrolling and installation, and then the beam is drawn for installation. The upper tensioning end of the tower is drawn into the cable conduit in the tower, and the tensioning end is anchored flat. When the upper end of the tower is anchored, the anchor end is drawn into the cable conduit of the beam end, and the rotating nut makes the anchor end reach the designed position. The cable tensioning is carried out in step by step, and the unilateral tensioning is carried out in line with 30%, 60%, 80% and 100% of the cable force. After the measurement of bridge elevation, cable force and cable tower deviation, the results showed that the elevation of the main girder was within 2cm from the design value. The error between bridge cable force and design value was controlled within 5%. The deviation of the tower was within the range of 2cm from the design value. The construction quality of cable-stayed bridge could be guaranteed effectively by using the construction method of installing the tensioning end at the tower first and then installing the anchoring section at the beam end and using the tensioning cable in the tower by stages.
