广州塔南广场大型地下室逆作法施工结构设计

Top down Construction Structure Design of Large Basement in Canton Tower South Square

  • 摘要: 广州塔南广场为大型地下空间建筑,主体结构地下两层,地上一层,单层面积约4.3万平方米。这类大型地下室采用逆作法施工有其特殊性,本文对项目逆作法施工的结构设计全过程进行论述,分析了逆作结构的支护结构选型、支撑柱选型、基础选型、出土方案等,并对结构设计原则、梁柱节点设计、施工要求等关键问题提出了可实施方案。现项目已实施完成地面层及地上平台层的景观工程,正在进行地下出土及结构施工,项目实施进展顺利。文中通过对这类大型地下空间逆作法施工结构设计方法进行总结,可为同类型工程的结构设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Canton Tower South Square is a large underground space building with two floors underground and one floor above the ground. The single floor area is about 43000 square meters. This kind of large basement adopts top-down construction method, which has its particularity. This paper discusses the whole process of structural design of top-down construction method, analyzes the support structure selection, support column selection, foundation selection and excavation scheme of top-down construction method, and puts forward feasible scheme for key problems such as structural design principle, beam column joint design and construction requirements. At present, the project has completed the landscape engineering of the ground floor and the platform floor above the ground, and the underground excavation and structural construction are in progress. This paper summarizes the structural design method of top-down construction method for this kind of large underground space, which can provide reference for the structural design of similar projects.
