深圳春风隧道超大直径盾构机选型研究

Study on the Selection of Large Diameter Shield Machine for Shenzhen Chunfeng Tunnel

  • 摘要: 在盾构法施工过程中,隧道建设成功与否,盾构机的选型及针对性设计起着至关重要的作用。本文以深圳春风隧道工程为例,吸取目前国内外类似大直径盾构隧道工程的相关经验,针对本工程较多分布的上软下硬、左右不均地层、富含断层破碎带等复合地层以及长距离全断面、高强度硬岩条件进行盾构机选型分析,重点介绍了超大直径泥水平衡盾构刀盘选型及结构设计、泥水循环系统选型设计、小半径曲线隧道针对性选型设计等研究比选成果,为类似工程条件的超大直径盾构机设备选型提供一定的借鉴。

     

    Abstract: In the process of shield construction, the selection and adaptability evaluation of shield machine play an important role in the success of tunnel construction. Taking Chunfeng tunnel project in Shenzhen as an example and drawing on the relevant experience of similar large-diameter shield tunnel projects at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the type selection of shield machine in terms of the compound strata, such as the upper soft and lower hard strata, the left and right uneven strata, the rich fault fracture zones and the conditions of long-distance full section and high-strength hard rock. It mainly introduces the cutter head of the large-diameter slurry balanced shield The results of research and comparison on the selection and structural design, the selection and design of mud water circulation system, and the targeted selection and design of small radius curve tunnel provide some reference for the selection of equipment of super large diameter mud water balance shield machine under similar engineering conditions.
