混凝土3D打印技术研究进展与发展趋势

Research Progress and Development Trend of Concrete 3D Printing Technology

  • 摘要: 作为近30年最具影响力的新兴制造技术,3D打印因其编辑性设计、降本增效、绿色环保等优点,在诸多领域都取得快速发展。本文介绍了3D打印技术背景,阐述了目前国内外建筑3D打印研究进展,并对混凝土3D打印与传统施工工艺在原材料选用、工艺细节及质量控制等方面进行了系统分析,并对现阶段混凝土3D打印技术存在的主要问题进行了分析总结,最后对该技术的未来发展趋势提出了展望。

     

    Abstract: As the most influential and emerging manufacturing technology over the past three decades, 3D printing has made great progress in various fields due to its advantages of editable design, cost reduction, efficiency improvement and environmental protection. After introducing the background of general 3D printing technology, this paper reviews the overseas and domestic research progress and achievements of 3D printing for architecture, and then elaborates the different aspects between concrete 3D printing and traditional construction technology in which it stressed on technical details, raw material selection and quality control. While pointing out the difficulties and bottlenecks in the development of this technology, the future research direction is further prospected.
