Abstract:
To improve the construction efficiency of indoor dry hanging wallboard with monolithic precast concrete structure, the actual situation encountered in the construction of office building project (self-number: Hengsheng building) was studied in this paper. The construction technology was summarized in the process of research and application. The chute embedded parts, one-time adjustable position embedded parts and multiple adjustable position embedded parts were developed in this paper. Practice has proved that the chute embedded parts can effectively adjust the horizontal deviation of the pre-embedded parts, and the one-time adjustable position embedded parts can effectively adjust the horizontal and vertical deviation of the pre-embedded parts. When the deviation is large, multiple adjustable position embedded parts can be used for adjustment. This technology can improve the construction efficiency of indoor dry hanging wallboard, and reduce the occurrence of post embedded parts.
