超高层建筑内置塔式起重机施工技术研究

  • 摘要: 某超高层建筑项目由于场地和空间极度狭窄,只能在主塔楼核心筒内设置一台塔式起重机用于施工。本文探讨了该内置塔式起重机从定位、选型、基础做法、顶升规划、附墙节点、高空拆除等一系列关键技术,以及在拆除塔式起重机后快速补缺施工核心筒水平结构的关键技术。本案例中,施工过程顺畅,施工进程达到了项目预设的目标。本塔式起重机全过程施工案例具有一定的典型性,希望能够给同类工程提供参考和借鉴。

     

    Abstract: In a certain super-high-rise building project, due to the extremely narrow site and space, only one tower crane can be installed in the core tube of the main tower for auxiliary construction. This paper discusses a series of key technologies for the built-in tower crane such as positioning, model selection, basic practices, jacking planning, attached wall nodes, overhead dismantling, etc., as well as key technologies for quickly filling the horizontal structure of the construction core tube after the tower crane is dismantled. In this case, the construction process went smooth and the construction process reached the preset object of the project. The case of the whole process construction of this tower crane is typical, and can be referenced and provided as a reference for similar projects.
