Abstract:
In response to the construction requirements of the Information Management System stipulated in the "Administrative Measures for Construction Project Quality Testing" (Order No.57), and to address the problems of low efficiency and difficulty in modification traceability in the traditional core drilling testing, this paper constructs an information platform for pile foundation based on core drilling test data. Through exploring key technologies such as data collection, image recognition, structural parameter modeling and intelligent analysis of core drilling samples, the platform realizes standardized processing, visual management and real-time sharing of pile foundation testing data. Taking a project in Shenzhen as an application case, the differences in application between traditional core drilling testing and the information system are compared, with a focus on analyzing their performance in terms of time and efficiency improvement. The application data shows that the platform can increase the efficiency of testing personnel by 89%, effectively reduce human errors, and enhance the real-time and scientific nature of quality control in engineering. However, in practice, it also reveals that the system has a strong dependence on the network. The information platform construction scheme proposed in this study provides a feasible path for the transformation of related testing methods towards digitalization and intelligence.
