某装配式公厕复杂屋面造型及防水施工关键技术研究

Study on the Key Technology of Complex Roof Modeling and Waterproofing Construction of a Prefabricated Public Toilet

  • 摘要: 在当前城市建筑建设过程中,各地政府致力于改造公厕建筑的外在形态,以提升其美感,进而美化城市市容市貌。装配式公厕建筑因其高效、环保等优势被广泛应用,但其屋面铝单板造型安装及定位要求高,施工效率、定位精度及安装精度控制难度大,屋面防水问题也备受关注。因此,本文旨在研究装配式公厕建筑屋面复杂造型和屋面防水施工的关键技术与流程,以提高施工质量,推动公共厕所建设的高质量发展。本文采用案例分析法和实地调研法,选取具有代表性的装配式公厕建筑项目进行研究。通过对施工过程的详细观察和记录,分析屋面复杂造型施工和屋面防水施工的关键环节。同时,结合施工图纸和规范要求,对施工流程进行优化设计,提出针对性的技术措施。研究发现,通过优化铝单板的加工工艺和安装流程,可有效提高屋面造型的安装精度和施工效率。在屋面防水施工中,采用多层防水材料复合使用,并加强节点部位的防水处理,能显著提升防水效果。此外,优化后的施工流程使各工序衔接更加紧密,减少了施工时间和成本。本研究深入探讨了装配式公厕建筑屋面复杂造型和屋面防水施工的关键技术与流程,提出了有效的施工优化措施。这些成果不仅提高了装配式公厕建筑的施工质量,还为公共厕所建设的高质量发展提供了重要的参考借鉴,具有较强的实践指导意义。

     

    Abstract: In current urban construction, local governments have been actively involved in transforming the external morphology of Prefabricated public toilet buildings to enhance their aesthetic appeal and improve urban landscapes. Prefabricated public toilet buildings, recognized for their efficiency and environmental benefits, are widely adopted. However, challenges persist in the installation and positioning of aluminum single-panel roof formations, which demand high precision, while construction efficiency, positioning accuracy, and installation precision remain difficult to control. Additionally, roof waterproofing issues draw significant attention. Therefore, this study focuses on researching key technologies and processes for complex roof formwork construction and roof waterproofing in prefabricated public toilet buildings, aiming to improve construction quality and advance the high-quality development of public toilet infrastructure. Employing case study analysis and field research, this paper investigates representative prefabricated public restroom projects. Through detailed observation and documentation of construction processes, key aspects of complex roof formwork and waterproofing were analyzed. Combined with construction drawings and regulatory requirements, the study optimizes construction workflows and proposes targeted technical measures. The findings reveal that optimizing aluminum panel processing techniques and installation procedures effectively enhances roof formwork installation accuracy and construction efficiency. For roof waterproofing, the composite application of multi-layer waterproof materials and reinforced waterproofing at critical joints significantly improve waterproofing performance. Furthermore, optimized workflows ensure tighter coordination between construction phases, reducing time and costs.
