建筑业数字赋能供应链平台的应用实践研究

Research on Application Practice of Digital Enabling Supply Chain Platform in Construction Industry

  • 摘要: 传统供应链管理模式面临着信息不对称、协同效率低、资源浪费和风险控制不足等多重挑战。为此,本文以机施集团供应链的转型实践为研究对象,探讨数字化科技如何赋能建筑业供应链管理,从而提升企业竞争力和项目管理水平。首先分析了供应链数字化在不同阶段的转型路径以及核心技术支撑;然后详细阐述了项目全过程管理中核心功能模块的应用成果,突出介绍了移动化、协同化、可视化以及区块链化的技术创新,对全过程数据进行集成与动态跟踪。研究结果表明,数字化供应链管理平台能够有效整合采购、物流、财务等项目全周期数据,优化资源配置、提升协同效率,并通过实时监控和风险预警机制增强供应链的抗风险能力。数字化供应链管理平台为建筑企业提供了可复制、可推广的转型范式,其技术框架与实施经验对行业供应链数字化转型具有理论价值与实践指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The traditional supply chain management model faces multiple challenges such as information asymmetry, low collaborative efficiency, resource waste, and insufficient risk control. Therefore, this article takes the transformation practice of the supply chain of Jishi Group as the research object, exploring how digital technology empowers the supply chain management of the construction industry, thereby enhancing the competitiveness and project management level of enterprises. Firstly, the transformation path and core technological support of supply chain digitization at different stages were analyzed; Then, the application results of the core functional modules in the project's entire process management were elaborated in detail, highlighting the technological innovations of mobility, collaboration, visualization, and blockchain, and integrating and dynamically tracking the entire process data. The research results indicate that the digital supply chain management platform can effectively integrate the full cycle data of procurement, logistics, finance and other projects, optimize resource allocation, improve collaborative efficiency, and enhance the supply chain's risk resistance ability through real-time monitoring and risk warning mechanisms. The digital supply chain management platform provides a replicable and scalable transformation paradigm for construction enterprises, and its technical framework and implementation experience have theoretical value and practical guidance significance for the digital transformation of industry supply chains.
