基于数值模拟的某景观钢桥施工过程变形分析

Deformation Analysis of a Landscape Steel Bridge Construction Process based on Numerical Simulation

  • 摘要: 随着城市建设的发展,跨湖人行景观钢桥的应用日益增多,景观钢桥的施工过程的质量控制也面临诸多挑战。本文以某公园跨湖人行景观钢桥临时支撑拆除过程中跨中竖向变形过大的实际案例为研究对象,通过有限元分析及现场试验,验证钢桥结构现状的安全性及临时支撑的剩余荷载。完成卸载后,桥跨中变形超出计算值约8 mm。实践证明,在钢桥施工过程中,质量控制应充分考虑温度的影响,并加强施工过程的监测,以确保工程安全和质量。

     

    Abstract: With the development of urban construction, the number of scenic pedestrian steel bridges spanning lakes has been increasing. The quality control during the construction process of these scenic steel bridges faces many challenges. This paper investigates a case where excessive vertical deformation occurred at the mid-span during the temporary support removal of a pedestrian scenic steel bridge in a park. Through finite element analysis and field testing, the safety of the current structural condition and the residual load of the temporary supports were verified. After the unloading, the deformation at the bridge span exceeded the calculated value by approximately 8 mm. The study indicates that quality control during the construction of steel bridges should fully consider the effects of temperature and ensure effective monitoring throughout the construction process.
