装配式结构中预制楼梯的施工优化

Construction Optimization of Precast Staircases in Assembled Structures

  • 摘要: 为解决装配式结构施工过程中出现的因部分预制楼梯重量过大而造成吊装成本激增的问题,本文系统总结了现有装配式楼梯的安装形式,结合实际工程提出了装配式楼梯的施工优化方法,得出以下结论:当预制楼梯重量超过塔吊吊重时,可依次考虑更换楼梯形式、拆分梯板、提升塔吊型号或更换塔吊位置;梯板可根据实际工程条件按需求进行上下拆分或左右拆分,并分别进行吊装,安装完成后需采用无膨胀灌浆料对接缝位置进行连接;梯板在吊装过程中要进行严格的技术交底,并做好防碰撞措施。相关研究成果具有较强的适用性,可为装配式建筑相关从业人员对预制楼梯的设计和施工提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of surge in lifting cost due to the excessive weight of some precast staircases during the construction of assembled structures, this paper systematically summarizes the existing installation forms of assembled staircases, and puts forward the construction optimization method of them in conjunction with the actual project,The following conclusions can be drawn: when the weight of precast staircase exceeds the crane weight, replacing the staircase form, splitting the staircase panels, upgrading the crane model or changing the crane position can be considered in turn. The staircase panels can be split up and down or left and right according to the actual engineering conditions, lifted and installed separately, and the joint location should be connected by non-expansion grout after installation. Staircase panels should be subjected to strict technical instructions and anti-collision measures in the lifting process. The relevant research results have strong applicability, which can provide reference for the design and construction of precast staircases by assembly building-related practitioners.
