某地埋排水泵站结构方案对比分析

Comparison and Analysis of Structural Scheme of a Underground Drainage Pump Station

  • 摘要: 随着城市发展,城市排水系统也随之扩大。排水管道一般采取重力流形式,这就导致下游排水管道埋深越来越深,且城市排水泵站多处于城市闹市区,一般采取地埋形式以减小对周围环境的影响,综合以上因素就导致相应的泵站埋置深度也越来越深。为合理选择人和2号地埋式污水泵站的结构形式,本文采用有限元计算的方法,分别对三个模型在相同工况下的受力状况进行分析。结果表明,竖向框架的设置对于结构壁板有较好的加强作用,同时,竖向框架结构在设备安装,基坑回填,基坑占地大小等方面具有较好的优势,故建议对类似工程可采取竖向框架进行加强。

     

    Abstract: With the development of cities, the urban drainage system also expands.Drainage pipelines generally adopt the form of gravity flow, which leads to deeper and deeper burial depth of downstream drainage pipelines.Moreover, urban drainage pumping stations are mostly located in urban areas, and generally adopt underground burial to reduce the impact on the surrounding environment.Taking into account the above factors, the corresponding burial depth of pumping stations is also becoming deeper and deeper.In order to reasonably select the structural form of Rehe No.2 underground sewage pump station, the finite element method is used to analyze the stress conditions of the three models under the same conditions.The results show that the vertical frame reinforcement has a better effect on the structural wall plate.At the same time, vertical frame structure has better advantages in equipment installation, foundation pit backfilling, and foundation pit occupancy size.Therefore, it is recommended to adopt vertical frame for reinforcement of similar projects.
