基于装配式建筑的沉箱施工优化探索

Exploration on Optimization of the Caisson Construction Based on Assembled Buildings

  • 摘要: 为解决装配式建筑施工过程中沉箱施工优化问题,以节约施工成本为目的,从优化塔吊配置出发,分别对叠合板组装预制沉箱、剪力墙连接沉箱、整体预制式沉箱、钢企口连接整体预制式沉箱以及整体预制卫生间等沉箱形式的施工工艺和深化设计进行探讨,并基于实际工程验证了本文所提出的优化方案和施工方式的可行性,最后针对装配式沉箱预制构件施工质量和安全问题提出具体的建议措施。相关研究成果能够为装配式建筑节约施工成本、优化深化设计提供可靠的参考依据和工程经验。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the optimization problem of caisson construction in the process of assembled building construction, with the purpose of saving construction cost, starting from the optimization of tower crane configuration, the construction process and deepening design of caisson forms such as assembled prefabricated caisson using laminated plate, caisson connected with shear wall, overall prefabricated caisson, integrated steel penguin-connected caisson, and overall prefabricated toilet parts were discussed respectively, and the optimization scheme and construction method proposed in this paper were verified based on the actual project. Finally, the construction quality and construction safety recommendations for prefabricated components of assembled caissons were given. The feasibility of the optimization scheme and construction method proposed in this paper was verified based on actual projects. The relevant research results can provide reliable reference and engineering experience for saving construction cost and optimizing deep design of assembled buildings.
