  • 摘要: 建筑信息模型(BIM)技术是推进绿色建造的重要手段,以广东以色列理工学院建设项目为例,将BIM技术应用于深化设计阶段和施工阶段。学术报告厅的声系统分析促进扩声系统的合理布置、气流组织分析保证使用人群的舒适度;施工进度计划得以调整与优化,实验楼施工模拟优化使工期节约2个月,基桩长度和入岩深度得到控制,符合设计要求。项目最终获得三星级绿色建筑标识,可为BIM技术在绿色建造中的应用提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a crucial tool for advancing green construction. Taking the construction project of Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology as an example, notable results have been achieved by applying BIM technology to detailed design, construction process management. Analysis of the lecture hall acoustics system promoted rational layout of sound reinforcement systems, and airflow organization analysis ensured comfort for users. The construction schedule has been adjusted and optimized, and simulation optimization of the experimental building construction saves 2 months in construction period, and the length of the foundation pile and the depth of rock penetration are controlled to meet the design requirements. The project ultimately received a three-star green building certification, providing valuable insights for the application of BIM technology in green construction.
