土-岩复合地层中超径比对顶管施工行为的影响

Study on the Influence of Over Diameter Ratio on Pipe Jacking Construction Behavior in Soil-rock Composite Stratum

  • 摘要: 在土-岩复合地层中,顶管施工顶力值的控制直接关乎工程安全与造价,而“超径比”被视为影响顶力的关键几何参数。目前针对该参数在土-岩复合地层中的减阻机理及其对地层变形的量化影响仍缺少系统研究。本文以重庆恒大轨道时代项目排水主干管迁改顶管工程为背景,采用ABAQUS数值模拟的方法,系统分析不同超径比条件下的顶进全过程;通过参数敏感性分析提取地层位移场与顶力时程曲线。研究结果表明,顶管顶进过程中,管道对土体扰动最明显的位置在顶管始发端附近;随着超径比的增大,土体最大变形量明显增大,顶管施工对周围土体的扰动也越来越明显。此外,顶管顶力值随顶进距离的增加呈非线性增长的趋势。超径比越大,顶力值越小,超径比增大对顶管顶力值具有显著的减阻效应。当超径比小于1.13%时对顶管顶力值的影响最显著,顶力值的变化幅度也最大。研究成果为类似地层顶力预测与施工优化提供了可直接引用的量化依据。

     

    Abstract: In the soil-rock composite stratum, the control of the jacking force value of the pipe jacking construction is directly related to the engineering safety and cost, and the over diameter ratio is regarded as the key geometric parameter affecting the jacking force. At present, there is still a lack of systematic research on the drag reduction mechanism of this parameter in soil-rock composite stratum and its quantitative influence on stratum deformation. Based on the background of the relocation of the main drainage pipe to the pipe jacking project of Chongqing Hengda Rail Times Project, this paper uses ABAQUS numerical simulation method to systematically analyze the whole jacking process under different over diameter ratio. Through parameter sensitivity analysis, the time history curve of stratum displacement field and jacking force is extracted. The results show that in the process of pipe jacking, the most obvious position of pipeline disturbance to soil is near the starting end of pipe jacking. With the increase of the over diameter ratio, the maximum deformation of the soil increases obviously, and the disturbance of the pipe jacking construction to the surrounding soil becomes more and more obvious. In addition, the jacking force increases nonlinearly with the increase of jacking distance. The larger the over diameter ratio is, the smaller the jacking force value is. The increase of the over diameter ratio has a significant drag reduction effect on the jacking force value of the jacking pipe. When the over diameter ratio is less than 1.13%, the influence on the jacking force value of the jacking pipe is the most significant, and the variation range of the jacking force value is also the largest. The research results provide a quantitative basis for the prediction and construction optimization of similar strata.
