浅谈装配式冷水机房施工在深圳地铁中的应用

Discussion on the Application of Prefabricated Chiller Room Construction in Shenzhen Metro

  • 摘要: 为研究装配式施工在建筑行业由传统的生产方式向信息化、工业化应用转变,本文通过深圳市城市轨道交通12号线工程钟屋南站为例,以“搭积木式”的施工方法,在工厂流水线上制造完成施工所需的主要配件,在现场按模型拼装成一个整体。研究表明,基于BIM实现地铁冷水机房管道装配式施工,通过运用BIM对机房管线进行优化,管件加工按模型数据进行工厂化预制,实现现场装配式施工,降低施工人员的数量和劳动强度,节省约1/2的工期及减少了约80%的人力投入,提高生产管件的准确性,保证了管道接口质量。总结了地铁车站管道装配式施工方法,既满足施工技术规范要求,又契合绿色施工理念,为类似工程提供有效的施工解决方法。

     

    Abstract: Assembled construction represents the direction of the construction industry from traditional production mode to informatization and industrialization. Assembled construction is the "building block" construction method. The main accessories required for the completion of construction are manufactured on the factory assembly line and assembled into a whole according to the model on the site.Taking Zhongwu South Station of Shenzhen Rail Transit Line 12 Project as an example, this paper realizes the prefabricated construction of subway water chiller pipe based on BIM.Through the use of BIM to optimize the pipeline in the machine room, the pipe fittings are processed according to the model data and prefabricated in the factory to realize the on-site prefabricated construction, reduce the number of construction personnel and labor intensity, and improve the accuracy of production pipe fittings.This paper summarizes the prefabricated construction method of subway station pipeline, which not only meets the requirements of construction technical specifications, but also conforms to the concept of green construction, and provides effective construction solutions for similar projects.
