装配式地铁车站施工技术与应用

Construction Technology and Application of Prefabricated Subway Station

  • 摘要: 为减少地铁建设对地面交通及环境的影响,打造高质量、高标准的地铁建设品质,应着力发展绿色、节能、环保的装配式技术研究。深圳地铁12号线二期沙浦站采用预制装配建造技术,在工厂生产制造构件或部件,将预制构件运输到工程现场,再在现场进行“搭积木”式组装的生产方式。结果表明,沙浦站装配式技术引入,加速了地铁建设工业化、智慧化、绿色低碳发展进程,为沙浦站建设节省1/4到1/3的工期,减少了约85%的人力投入。装配式技术不仅可以有效实现绿色环保、降本增效,还能在提高工程质量、提升建造效率的同时,助力城市产业的优化升级,在地铁建设方面的推广与应用具有诸多优势。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the impact of subway construction on ground traffic and the environment, and create high-quality and high-standard subway construction quality, we focus on green, energy-saving and environment-friendly assembly technology research.Shapu Station of Phase II of Shenzhen Metro Line 12 adopts the prefabricated assembly construction technology to produce and manufacture components or parts in the factory, transport the prefabricated components to the project site, and then carry out "building block" assembly on the site.The results show that the introduction of prefabricated technology in Shapu Station has accelerated the industrialization, intelligent, green and low-carbon development process of subway construction, saved 1/4 to 1/3 of the construction period and reduced about 85%of manpower investment for the construction of Shapu Station.Assembled technology can not only effectively achieve green environmental protection, cost reduction and efficiency increase, but also help the optimization and upgrading of urban industry while improving the project quality and construction efficiency.It has many advantages in the promotion and application of subway construction.
