深基坑古树原位保护方案及施工技术应用

In-situ Protection Strategies and Construction Technologies for Ancient Trees in Deep Foundation Pits

  • 摘要: 古树名木兼具独特生态功能和深厚历史文化价值,在城市建设过程中亟需重点保护。然而深基坑施工导致的土壤扰动和水土流失严重威胁其生存环境,亟需构建一种高效的古树原位保护技术体系。本文以一株树龄235年的古秋枫树为保护对象,创新设计悬臂式正八边形咬合桩支护结构,采用荤-素桩间隔咬合排列形成封闭止水体系;搭配双层错位正方形钢管内支撑,通过冠梁连接增强整体稳定性;同时研发包含咬合桩施工、冠梁浇筑、支撑安装、古树复壮及支撑拆除的全流程施工工艺,并建立桩体定位精度与垂直度的严格管控标准。该支护体系有效抵抗了深基坑施工产生的土应力,显著抑制了土壤扰动与水土流失,将桩顶位移控制在安全阈值内,确保古树根系稳定性与生长代谢持续处于正常状态。该支护方案兼具学术创新性与工程实用性,为城市深基坑施工场景下的古树名木保护提供了可复制的范式。

     

    Abstract: Due to their unique ecological functions and historical and cultural heritage, ancient and famous trees need to be protected as a priority in the process of urban construction. However, the soil disturbance and soil erosion caused by deep excavation construction can have serious adverse effects on the growth environment of ancient trees, so it is urgent to study an effective in-situ protection plan for ancient trees. This article takes a 235 year old ancient autumn maple tree as the protected object, designs a cantilevered octagonal interlocking pile support structure, and uses meat vegetable piles arranged in a staggered interlocking manner to form a closed water stop system; Paired with double-layer staggered square steel pipe internal support, the overall stability is enhanced through crown beam connection. Simultaneously develop a complete construction process including bite pile construction, crown beam pouring, support installation, ancient tree rejuvenation, and support removal, and strictly control the positioning accuracy and verticality of the pile body. This scheme effectively resists the soil stress generated by deep foundation pit construction, reduces soil disturbance and soil erosion, controls pile top displacement within a safe range, and ensures the stability and normal growth metabolism of ancient tree roots. It has important academic value and practical significance.
