不同发酵菌剂对园林废弃物堆肥的影响与应用

Effects and Application of Different Fermentation Microbial Agents on Garden Waste Composting

  • 摘要: 随着城市园林废弃物产生量持续增长,好氧堆肥已成为其资源化利用的核心途径,但现有堆肥模式存在发酵效率低、腐熟效果差等问题,适配华南地区园林废弃物的专用高效菌剂研究仍有不足。为筛选适用于园林废弃物堆肥的高效发酵菌剂,本研究以广州市园林废弃物为原料,设置了4个处理组:空白对照(CK)、传统旧料接种(A1)、添加复合菌剂1(解淀粉芽孢杆菌和地衣芽孢杆菌,A2)和添加复合菌剂2(枯草芽孢杆菌、酿酒酵母和黑曲霉,A3),开展堆肥试验,监测温度、pH值、电导率(EC值)和种子发芽指数(GI)的动态变化,并利用腐熟堆肥产物配制栽培基质进行蓝花鼠尾草栽培试验。结果表明:A3处理堆肥启动最快,最高温度达75°C,高温期(≥60°C)持续52 d;堆肥结束时,A3处理的pH值为8.23、EC值为1.42 mS/cm,GI值为98.7%,综合表现最佳;其堆肥产物配制的基质(T3)在蓝花鼠尾草品种“一串蓝”栽培中表现最优,植株株高、冠幅、分蘖数、植株鲜重及干重等指标均显著高于对照组,SPAD值较CK提高22.0%。表明添加复合菌剂2可显著提高堆肥效率,提升腐熟质量与产物农用价值,为园林废弃物高效资源化处理提供实用技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: As the volume of urban garden waste continues to grow, aerobic composting has become a key approach for its utilization as a resource. However, existing composting models face challenges such as low fermentation efficiency and poor maturation. Research on specialized and efficient microbial agents tailored for garden waste in South China remains insufficient.To screen efficient fermentation microbial agents suitable for garden waste composting, this study used garden waste from Guangzhou as raw material and established four treatment groups: a blank control (CK), traditional old material inoculation (A1), addition of compound microbial agent 1 (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and Bacillus licheniformis, A2), and addition of compound microbial agent 2 (Bacillus subtilis, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and Aspergillus niger, A3). A composting experiment was conducted to monitor the dynamic changes in temperature, pH, electrical conductivity (EC), and germination index (GI). The mature compost was then used to formulate cultivation substrates for a Salvia farinacea Benth. cultivation trial. The results showed that the A3 treatment initiated composting most rapidly, reaching a maximum temperature of 75°C, with a high-temperature phase (≥60°C) lasting 52 days. At the end of composting, the A3 treatment exhibited optimal overall performance, with a pH of 8.23, EC of 1.42 mS/cm, and GI of 98.7%. The substrate formulated from the A3 compost product (T3) demonstrated the best performance in the cultivation of Salvia farinacea Benth. ‘Yichuanlan’, with plant height, crown width, tiller number, fresh and dry weight of the plant significantly higher than those of the control group, and the SPAD value increased by 22.0% compared to CK. These findings indicate that the addition of compound microbial agent 2 can significantly enhance composting efficiency, improve the quality of mature compost, and increase the agricultural value of the product, providing practical technical support for the efficient resource utilization of garden waste.
