大型潜污泵自动耦合安装施工技术研究

Research on Automatic Coupling Installation and Construction Technology of Large Submersible Sewage Pump

  • 摘要: 为解决市政工程大型潜污泵安装时存在的地脚螺栓埋设质量不佳、设备高频振动导致能量泄露等问题,本文提出采用“型钢混凝土基础+型钢组合支撑架”的加固处理方法,以提高潜污泵的安装质量和稳固性。结果表明该加固处理方法不仅提高了潜污泵耦合安装端口的严密性,还减少了高频振动对集水坑侧壁的影响。BIM技术的应用,有效减少了施工过程中的误差和返工,提高了施工效率和安全性。采用“型钢混凝土基础+型钢组合支撑架”的施工方法,结合BIM技术的应用,可以有效解决市政工程大型潜污泵安装时存在的问题,提高安装质量和稳固性,减少设备振动和泄露问题,为市政工程的潜污泵安装提供了一种新的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as poor quality of anchor bolts buried and energy leakage caused by high frequency vibration of the equipment, this paper adopts the reinforcement treatment method of "steel reinforced concrete foundation + steel composite support frame" to improve the installation quality and stability of the submersible sewage pump. The results show that the reinforcement method not only improves the tightness of the coupling installation port of the submersible sewage pump, but also reduces the influence of high frequency vibration on the side wall of the sump. Through the application of BIM technology, the error and rework in the construction process are effectively reduced, and the construction efficiency and safety are improved. The construction method of "steel reinforced concrete foundation + steel composite support frame", combined with the application of BIM technology, can effectively solve the problems existing in the installation of large-scale submersible pump in municipal engineering, improve the installation quality and stability, reduce the problem of equipment vibration and leakage, and provide a new solution for the installation of submersible pump in municipal engineering.
