厨余垃圾配方基质对鸡冠花生长和生理生化特性的影响及综合评价

Effects of Different Food Waste Formulation Substrates on Growth and Physiological and Biochemical Characteristics of Celosia Cristata and Their Comprehensive Evaluation

  • 摘要: 为评价厨余垃圾堆肥在草花栽培基质上的应用效果,以普通观赏草花品种鸡冠花为试材,以厨余垃圾、园林废弃物、泥炭土和素土为基质主料,按照不同体积比配制8种配方基质,研究了不同基质的理化性质及其对鸡冠花生长形态和生理指标的影响。结果表明:添加10%~30%厨余垃圾的基质容重、总孔隙度、pH、EC、总养分含量均在栽培基质的适宜范围内,能够满足鸡冠花生长需要。与CK相比,添加厨余垃圾显著提高了基质中总氮、速效磷、有效钾及阳离子交换量。鸡冠花的株高、冠幅、叶长、植株鲜质量和干质量均随着厨余垃圾的添加而增加。与CK相比,A6处理的株高、冠幅、叶宽分别增加了38.9%、39.2%和36.2%。厨余垃圾堆肥添加影响鸡冠花的光合指标和养分积累,除A4处理外,A1~A7处理的净光合速率、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量均优于CK。主成分分析的综合评价结果显示:得分最高的为A6和A5处理,分别为1.131和0.478,鸡冠花生长指标也较佳。综合考虑泥炭土添加量等经济因素,推荐A5处理作为鸡冠花栽培最佳配方基质。

     

    Abstract: In order to evaluate the application effect of food waste compost on grass flower cultivation substrate, Using Celosia cristata as experimental material. 8 kinds of formula substrates were prepared with food waste, garden waste, peat soil and plain soil as the main substrates according to different volume ratios. The physicochemical properties of different substrates and their effects on the growth morphology and physiological indexes of the grass flower were studied. The results showed that: adding 10%~30% of food waste to the substrate resulted in a suitable bulk density, total porosity, pH, EC, and total nutrient content, which could meet the growth needs of Celosia cristata. Compared with the CK, adding food waste significantly increased the total nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, and cation exchange capacity in the substrate. The plant height, crown diameter, leaf length, fresh weight, and dry weight of Celosia cristata all increased with the addition of food waste. Compared with the CK, the plant height, crown diameter, and leaf width of the A6 treatment increased by 38.9%, 39.2%, and 36.2%, respectively. The addition of food waste compost affected the photosynthetic indexes and nutrient accumulation of Cristata coronata. Except for A4 treatment, the net photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of A1-A7 treatment were superior to CK treatment. The comprehensive evaluation results of principal component analysis showed that the highest scores of A6 and A5 treatments were 1.131 and 0.478, respectively, and the growth index of Celosia cristata was also better. Considering the economic factors such as the amount of peat soil, A5 treatment is recommended as the best formula substrate for Celosia cristata cultivation.
