既有结构电梯井上H型混凝土塔吊基础设计研究

Research on the Design of H-shaped Concrete Tower Crane Foundation for Existing Structural Elevator Wells

  • 摘要: 本文针对既有结构电梯井上H型混凝土塔吊基础的设计展开研究,首先将塔吊基础拆分为若干个独立的杆件并采用经典力学公式进行笔算,然后分别用YJK与SAP2000软件建立各种受力工况下的力学模型进行计算并与笔算结果进行对比。结果表明:将H型塔吊的主梁作为单独的构件拆分并采用经典力学的笔算结果能够满足塔吊基础的安全要求。整个塔吊基础方案构造措施合理且力学模型为通用的模型,可以供施工现场的一线技术人员作为参考使用。

     

    Abstract: This article focuses on the design of H-shaped concrete tower crane foundation on existing structural elevator shafts. Firstly, the tower crane foundation is divided into several independent members and classical mechanical formulas are used for pen calculation. Then, YJK and SAP2000 software are used to establish mechanical models under various stress conditions and compared with pen calculation results. The results indicate that splitting the main beam of the H-shaped tower crane as a separate component and using classical mechanics calculations can meet the safety requirements of the tower crane foundation. The construction measures of the entire tower crane foundation scheme are reasonable and the mechanical model is a universal model, which can be used as a reference for front-line technical personnel on the construction site
