后补浆对全套筒灌浆缺陷接头力学性能影响研究

  • 摘要: 套筒灌浆施工质量关乎预制构件钢筋连接接头单向拉伸力学性能,是装配式建筑结构安全性的重要保障。全套筒灌浆施工后抽检结果表明,灌浆浆料不密实是造成套筒连接接头单向拉伸力学性能质量缺陷的主要原因。本文通过工程现场试验与实验室室内试验相结合,重点研究了不同缺陷长度下套筒连接接头的屈服强度、抗拉强度和破坏形式等力学性能。结果表明:当灌浆缺陷达到上部钢筋锚固长度的70%,钢筋的破坏形式由套筒外钢筋拉断变为钢筋拔出破坏;采用针管注射灌浆料到出浆口的方式进行后补浆修复,28 d 养护后初灌料与新灌料之间协同工作性能良好,套筒连接接头的单向拉伸性能接近套筒饱满状态性能,并能够达到规范要求,证明后补浆工艺具有可行性、稳定性、修复效果良好等特征。

     

    Abstract: The quality of sleeve grouting construction is related to the uniaxial tensile mechanical properties of prefabricated component steel bar connection joints, and Important guarantee for the safety of prefabricated building structures; The sampling results after the full sleeve grouting construction indicate that the non compaction of the grouting materials the main reason for the quality defects of the uniaxial tensile mechanical properties of the sleeve connection joint.This article combines engineering field tests with laboratory tests, focusing on the mechanical properties of sleeve connection joints under different defect lengths, such as yield strength, tensile strength, and failure mode; he experimental research results show that when the grouting defect reaches 70% of the anchorage length of the upper steel bar, the failure mode of the steel bar changes from tensile fracture of the outer steel bar of the sleeve to pull-out failure of the steel bar; The post grouting process is carried out by injecting grouting material into the outlet through a needle tube.After 28 days of curing, the synergistic performance between the new and old grouting materials is good. The unidirectional tensile performance of the sleeve connection joint is close to the full state performance of the sleeve, and can meet the standard requirements.This proves that the post grouting process is feasible, stable, and has good repair effects.
