基于Revit二次开发的机电安装工程自动拆模方法

The Automatic Disassembly Method of BIM Model Based on Revit Secondary Development in Mechanical and Electrical Installation Engineering

  • 摘要: 针对传统机电安装BIM模型的人工拆模方法存在效率低、出错多、数据流通不畅等难题,本研究基于Revit设计并开发了一套自动拆模插件系统,以优化地铁机电安装工程中的模型拆解过程。根据机电安装流程定义拆分规则,在Revit中先对模型构件分类,再依次对机电模型中管道、风管及桥架系统逐一拆分,并对拆分后的构件进行唯一性编码和拼装组合。对项目数据上传共享及管理、拆分后模型数据信息导出,一键导出详情图纸,实现了构件的直接生产,无需厂家二次深化。结果表明整个插件系统运行稳定,插件响应速度快,相比人工拆模,效率大幅提升。插件实现了构件拆分及对每一个构件唯一性编码信息写入、赋予构件定位信息、以明细表的方式将拆分信息导出至Excel。

     

    Abstract: The manual disassembly method for traditional mechanical and electrical installation BIM models faced challenges such as low efficiency, frequent errors, and poor data flow. This study designed and developed a set of automatic disassembly method of BIM model based on Revit secondary development in subway electromechanical installation engineering. According to the mechanical and electrical installation process, the splitting rules are defined. In Revit software, the model components are first classified, and then the pipes, air pipes and bridge systems in the electromechanical BIM model were separated one by one, and the components are uniquely coded and assembled. The project data and information were uploaded and shared after disassembly. Moreover, the detailed drawings were released with one click, and the component could be directly manufactured without secondary deepening. The results showed that the whole plug-in system was stable and the plug-in response speed was fast. The efficiency was greatly improved compared with manual method. The plugin developed in this study implements component disassembly, uniquely encodes information for each component, assigns positional information to components, and exports disassembly details to Excel in a tabular format.
