高支模工程监测及实时预警系统研究

Research on Monitoring and Real-time Early Warning System of the High-support Formwork Engineering

  • 摘要: 高支模在施工过程中的普及应用对施工现场的安全风险管理提出了更高的要求,引入高支模实时预警系统以减少风险事故发生和提高施工安全性成为必然选择。本文通过数值模拟研究高支模结构体系的破坏机理,并通过力学和变形特性的研究进行了监测参数的分析,基于自动化和信息化技术,开发出一套高支模实时监测预警系统以及巡视检查方法,实现了对高支模结构状态的实时监测和预警。结果表明,高支模实时预警系统为高层建筑施工的安全管理提供了一种有效的技术手段,具有广阔的应用前景和推广价值。

     

    Abstract: The popularization and application of high formwork in the construction process puts forward higher requirements for the safety risk management of the construction site. It is an inevitable choice to introduce the real-time early warning system of high formwork to reduce the occurrence of risk accidents and improve the construction safety. In this paper, the failure mechanism of high-formwork structure system is studied by numerical simulation, and the monitoring parameters are analyzed through the study of mechanics and deformation characteristics. Based on automation and information technology, a set of real-time monitoring and early warning system and inspection method for high-formwork structure are developed, which realizes real-time monitoring and early warning of high-formwork structure state. The results show that the high formwork real-time early warning system provides an effective technical means for the safety management of high-rise building construction, and has broad application prospects and promotion value.
