碳纤维布加固的木材Ⅱ型断裂韧性试验测试

Test for Mode Ⅱ Fracture Toughness of CFRP Cloth-strengthened Timber

  • 摘要: 为了推进碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)在木结构脆性断裂加固领域的应用。本文针对性地提出一种端部U型CFRP的加固方式,并在正交设计条件下进行Ⅱ型断裂的试验研究,主要考察了裂纹长度、试件高度、试件宽度、试件厚度以及CFRP层数等因素的影响。试验发现端部U型CFRP能较好地延缓木材的Ⅱ型断裂特征,且使荷载位移曲线呈现出明显的断裂失效过渡阶段。正交参数分析结果表明:各因素对临界荷载和断裂韧性均具有显著的影响,其中厚度对临界荷载的影响最为显著,厚度增加增大了木材和CFRP的粘结面积,从而提高了临界荷载;CFRP层数对断裂韧性的影响最为显著,断裂韧性随着CFRP层数的增大而增大且趋于相对稳定。建议在工程应用时,在确定粘结面积的基础上,综合考虑CFRP粘结层数的选取,从而获得性能良好且耗材少的修缮和加固方式。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote the application of CFRP in the reinforcement of brittle fracture of timber structure, the paper proposed a U-shaped CFRP at the end and carries out the experimental study of type II fracture under orthogonal design conditions, which mainly takes into account the effects of crack length, specimen height, specimen width, specimen thickness and the number of CFRP layers. It was found that the U-shaped CFRP at the end could better retard the type II fracture characteristics of the wood and caused the load-displacement curves to show an obvious transition phase of fracture failure. In addition, the results of orthogonal parameter analysis showed that: each factor has a significant effect on the critical load and fracture toughness, and the thickness of the critical load and the number of CFRP layers on the fracture toughness of the most significant, in which the increase in thickness increases the bond area of wood and CFRP, thereby increasing the critical load, and the fracture toughness with the increase in the number of layers of CFRP increases and tends to be relatively stable, it is recommended that the actual engineering applications should be in the determination of the bond area of CFRP, under the premise of the comprehensive consideration of the CFRP bond area. It is suggested that in the engineering application, the number of CFRP bonding layers should be considered comprehensively under the premise of determining the bonding area, to obtain a repair and reinforcement method with good performance and less consumables.
