重复压浆钢管桩在既有建筑基础加固中的应用

Application of Repeated Grouting Steel Pipe Pile in Foundation Reinforcement of Existing Building

  • 摘要: 本文通过某盖挖顺做既有建筑地基基础加固项目钢管桩现场试验,验证了一种可在深厚砂层中施工超深钢管桩的小型化设备施工工法。该工法具有承载力大、低净空施工等特点。同时,通过对比两种不同施工工艺的单桩承载力,验证了重复注浆钢管桩较泥浆护壁成孔钢管桩的优势,并给出重复注浆钢管桩承载力的估算方法。通过后期实际工程的施工及监测,证明重复注浆施工工艺的可靠性,为今后同类型项目施工提供一种可靠的施工方案。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, through the field test of steel pipe pile in a foundation reinforcement project , a miniaturized construction equipment that can construct ultra deep steel pipe pile in deep sand layer is verified. This construction method has the characteristics of large bearing capacity and adaptability to low headroom construction. At the same time, by comparing the bearing capacity of single pile with two different construction processes, the advantages of repeated grouting steel pipe pile over slurry wall bored steel pipe pile are verified, and the estimation method of bearing capacity of repeated grouting steel pipe pile is given. Through the construction and monitoring of later actual projects, the reliability of repeated grouting construction technology is proved, which provides a reliable construction scheme for the construction of similar projects in the future.
