有限空间220kV高压线下钢箱梁双机平移吊装技术

Dual-machine Translation Lifting Technology of Steel Box Girder under 220kV High Pressure in Limited Space

  • 摘要: 本文以亚运大道-金龙路立交工程为依托,研究有限空间220 kV高压线下钢箱梁双机平移吊装技术。市政道路桥梁施工过程中经常会遇到在架空高压线下或者已建的桥梁下进行吊装作业施工,针对其高压线下方施工,通过设置高压线限高防护措施,采用2台大型折臂式随车吊,分析了现场220 kV高压线下6 m安全净距的吊装工况,在满足起重能力、作业半径及吊车臂最高点与高压线导线安全距离的情况下,吊机在小范围内可进行平移、起升、反转等工序作业,确保了钢箱梁的安全吊装。结果表明:在有限空间作业条件下,随车吊双机平移吊装技术能安全高效地完成构件吊装,整体节约工期30天,节约施工费用合计436000元。该技术解决了有限空间220 k V高压线下钢箱梁吊装的难题,可为类似工程提供借鉴和参考。

     

    Abstract: Based on the Yayun Avenue-Jinlong Road interchange project, this paper studies the dual-machine translation lifting technology of 220kV high-voltage steel box girder in limited space. In the process of construction of municipal road Bridges, it is often encountered that hoisting works are carried out under overhead high-voltage lines or Bridges that have been built. For the construction under high-voltage lines, by setting high-voltage line height limit protection measures and using two large folding crane, the hoisting conditions under 220kV high-voltage lines with a safe clear distance of 6m are analyzed. Under the condition that the lifting capacity, working radius and the safe distance between the highest point of the crane arm and the high-voltage wire conductor are satisfied, the crane can carry out translation, lifting and reversing operations in a small range, which ensures the safe lifting of the steel box girder. The results show that under the limited space operation condition, the two-machine moving lifting technology can safely and efficiently complete the lifting of components, saving the whole construction period of 30 days and saving the total construction cost of 436,000 yuan. This technology solves the difficult problem of steel box girder hoisting under 220kV high pressure in limited space, and can provide reference for similar projects.
