浅析人工智能在建筑施工企业中的应用

A Brief Analysis of the Impact of Artificial Intelligence in Construction Enterprises

  • 摘要: 近年来,AI技术依托建筑行业海量施工数据,在工艺优化、安全管理、流程管控,以及基于深度学习(CNN、GAN)的构件识别与结构优化设计等方面发挥重要作用。现有研究虽涉及技术应用路径、施工机器人部署、数据驱动管理等方向,但仍存在大规模项目数据深度挖掘不足、设计施工融合不够、中小型企业适配性差、多源安全监控数据未集成研究等问题。本文针对上述问题,利用典型项目数据构建了覆盖设计、施工、运维全生命周期的量化分析体系,探索了中小企业AI化实施路径,提出了基于数据驱动、技术适配、安全协同、人才培养的四维分级管控方案。研究表明:AI在提升施工效率、保障安全、优化管理、控制成本等方面成效显著,但仍面临技术成本高、专业人才短缺、数据安全风险等挑战。未来,随着AI技术的普及,其将成为提升行业核心竞争力的战略投资,推动建筑行业向智能化、高效化、安全化方向发展,为企业数字化转型提供理论与实践指导。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, AI technology, leveraging massive construction data from the building industry, has played a significant role in process optimization, safety management, process control, as well as component recognition and structural optimization design based on deep learning (CNN, GAN). Although existing research has covered directions such as technology application paths, deployment of construction robots, and data-driven management, there are still issues such as insufficient deep mining of large-scale project data, inadequate integration of design and construction, poor adaptability for small and medium-sized enterprises, and unintegrated research on multi-source safety monitoring data. Addressing the aforementioned issues, this paper constructs a quantitative analysis system covering the entire lifecycle of design, construction, and operation and maintenance using typical project data. It explores the implementation path of AI for small and medium-sized enterprises and proposes a four-dimensional hierarchical control scheme based on data-driven, technology adaptation, safety collaboration, and talent cultivation. The research shows that AI has achieved remarkable results in improving construction efficiency, ensuring safety, optimizing management, and controlling costs. However, it still faces challenges such as high technology costs, shortage of professional talents, and data security risks. In the future, with the popularization of AI technology, it will become a strategic investment to enhance the core competitiveness of the industry, promoting the development of the building industry towards intelligence, efficiency, and safety, and providing theoretical and practical guidance for the digital transformation of enterprises.
