PBA法密贴下穿既有车站风险分析及控制措施

Risk Analysis and Control Measures for Closely Undercrossing Existing Station with PBA Method

  • 摘要: 基于实际工程项目,为了保障既有车站及暗挖段在施工过程中的安全与稳定,本研究从施工环境、施工过程以及运营阶段三个方面对使用PBA法密贴下穿既有车站的风险因素进行了详细分析。通过系统地识别风险源,分析地下水对开挖土层及施工过程的影响、较差的土体稳定性对开挖工作的影响、较大开挖断面跨度对暗挖结构和既有车站的影响以及既有车站沉降控制的高标准要求等风险因素。针对不同类型的上述风险源,通过技术人员集体讨论、邀请专家分析评估及施工过程推演等方式,总结并落实了井管降水、注浆加固、双重预顶撑等有效控制措施,确保施工过程中,既有车站及暗挖段的安全及稳定。通过风险系统的识别与合理的控制措施的应用,不仅保证了既有车站及暗挖段的安全性和稳定性,也为其他类似工程提供了有价值的风险识别和管理参考。

     

    Abstract: Based on an actual engineering project, to ensure the safety and stability of both the existing station and the undercrossing tunnel section during construction, this study conducted a detailed analysis of the risk factors with the PBA method for closely undercrossing the existing station from three aspects: the construction environment, the construction process, and the operation phase. By systematically identifying risk sources, the study analyzed various risk factors including the impact of groundwater on excavation soil layers and the construction process, the influence of poor soil stability on excavation work, the effect of large excavation cross-sectional spans on the structure of the undercrossing tunnel section and the existing station, as well as the high-standard requirements for controlling settlement of the existing station. In response to different types of the aforementioned risk sources, effective control measures such as wellpoint dewatering, grouting reinforcement, and dual pre-support were summarized and implemented through collective discussions among technical staff, expert analysis and evaluation, and construction process simulation, ensuring the safety and stability of both the existing station and the undercrossing tunnel section during construction. Through systematic risk identification and the application of reasonable control measures, the safety and stability of the existing station and the undercrossing tunnel section were ensured, and references for risk identification and management were also provided for other similar projects.
