回填土地层管幕法超前支护施工技术研究

Research on Advanced Support Construction Technology of Pipe Curtain Method in Backfill Stratum

  • 摘要: 在复杂地质条件下,管幕法超前支护结构确保了隧道暗挖施工的安全。本文以沿山货运通道核心区一期工程-成渝高速下穿通道项目为工程背景,阐述了管幕法顶管施工中顶进设备安装方法、顶管机纠偏控制措施、顶管进排泥浆装置、触变泥浆类型以及管幕顶管施工顺序,提出了管棚注浆浆液配比、注浆压力控制等具体施工参数。研究结果表明,通过优化顶管顶进顺序和触变泥浆配比,施工效率提高了约20%,注浆8 h后地层稳定性显著增强,地表沉降量控制在了5 mm以内,施工安全性显著提升。研究成果可为国内外类似工程施工提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Under complex geological conditions, the pipe curtain method of advanced support structure ensures the safety of tunnel excavation construction. This paper, with the core area of the first phase of the cargo passage along the mountain - the Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway underpass project as the engineering background, elaborates on the installation method of jacking equipment in pipe curtain top-pipe construction, the correction control measures of the top pipe machine, the mud device for top pipe advance and retreat, the type of thixotropic mud, and the construction sequence of pipe curtain top pipes. It proposes specific construction parameters such as the slurry mix ratio for pipe canopy grouting and the control of grouting pressure. The research results show that by optimizing the sequence of pipe jacking and the mix ratio of thixotropic mud, the construction efficiency was increased by about 20%, the stability of the strata was significantly enhanced after 8 hours of grouting, the ground settlement was controlled within 5 millimeters, and the construction safety was significantly improved. The research findings can provide a reference for similar engineering construction at home and abroad.
