连接通道施工对邻近既有车站结构的影响分析

Influence Analysis of Connecting Passage Construction on Nearby Station Structures

  • 摘要: 针对地块商业与轨道交通互联互通开发中连接通道与车站不同期建设带来的结构安全挑战,本研究旨在揭示连接通道施工对既有车站及附属结构的变形及受力影响。文章以世纪中心项目为工程背景,运用Midas GTS NX有限元分析软件,建立数值计算模型,系统研究连接通道施工全过程(包括围护结构施工、基坑开挖、主体结构施工及覆土回填阶段)中既有车站结构的变形特性与应力响应规律。研究结果表明,通过加大支护结构刚度、严格控制分层开挖深度不大于2.0 m、适当增大支撑预加应力等措施,可有效减小施工对既有结构的影响,确保其变形及应力控制在安全标准范围内。结论表明,采取上述设计措施后,既有结构竖向位移0.02 mm、水平位移0.03 mm,均控制在安全标准范围内;建议施工期间持续开展动态监测。本研究成果可为该地区同类工程提供可靠的技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the structural safety challenges caused by the asynchronous construction of connecting passages and stations in the interconnected development of commercial plots and rail transit, this study focuses on revealing the deformation and mechanical responses of existing stations and auxiliary structures induced by the construction of connecting passages. Based on the Century Center project as the engineering background, this article employs the Midas GTS NX finite element analysis software to establish a numerical calculation model. It systematically studies the deformation characteristics and stress response patterns of the existing station structure throughout the entire construction process of the connecting passage, which includes the construction of the retaining structure, excavation of the foundation pit, construction of the main structure, and the backfilling of the overburden soil. The research results indicate that by increasing the rigidity of the supporting structure, strictly controlling the depth of layered excavation to be no greater than 2.0 meters, and appropriately increasing the pre-stress of the support, the impact of construction on the existing structure can be effectively reduced, ensuring that its deformation and stress are controlled within safe standards. After adopting the above design measures, the vertical and horizontal displacements of the existing structure are only 0.02 mm and 0.03 mm, respectively, which guarantees structural safety. Continuous dynamic monitoring during construction is recommended. The research results can provide reliable technical support for the design and construction of similar projects in the region.
