    Abstract: The technologies and methods pertaining to building structure reinforcement and reconstruction are pivotal in the domain of contemporary construction, with the objective of enhancing structural safety, prolonging service life, and improving performance. This article examines the significance and application scenarios of building structure reinforcement, encompassing the extension of service life, enhancement of disaster resistance, improvement of structural performance, and preservation of cultural relics and ancient structures. Emphasis is placed on analyzing the various types of building structure reinforcement monitoring technologies and equipment, as well as the relevant indicators and methods for evaluating reinforcement efficacy, thereby providing the necessary technical support to ensure the effective implementation of reinforcement projects. Through an exploration of application scenarios—including the strengthening of aging structures, enhancement of structural performance, disaster resistance reinforcement, and the preservation of cultural heritage, this discourse underscores the critical importance and multifaceted applications of building structure reinforcement.
