地连墙H型钢接头声波透射法检测试验方案研究

Study on Scheme of Detecting Concrete Compactness at H-Shaped Steel Joint of Diaphragm Wall by Ultrasonic Transmission Method

  • 摘要: 地下连续墙已被广泛应用于基坑工程中,而超深地下连续墙槽段接头处的施工质量问题仍未得到有效解决。为探究如何检测超深地连墙H型钢接头处混凝土密实度这一工程问题,本文以武汉城市轨道交通12号线中一路地铁车站超深大基坑工程地连墙为研究背景,介绍了声波透射法的检测原理,对应用声波透射法检测地连墙H型钢接头处混凝土密实度的方案进行研究,并设计了具体的模型试验方案。研究表明:声波透射法检测地连墙H型钢密实度有良好的工程价值;现场测试结果与试验设计基本一致;后期通过分析总结模型试验结果可得到不同密实度下的声参量数据库,以期为其实际应用提供科学指导与决策。

     

    Abstract: Underground diaphragm wall has been widely used in foundation pit engineering,but the construction quality of the joint of the diaphragm wall has not been effectively solved. In order to investigate the engineering problem of how to detect the concrete compactness at the H-section steel joints of underground diaphragm wall,this paper takes the ultra-deep and large foundation pit diaphragm wall of Zhongyi Road Metro Station of Wuhan Urban Rail Transit Line 12 as the research background,introduces the detection principle of the acoustic transmission method,and studies the concrete compactness scheme at the H-section steel joints of the ground diaphragm wall by the acoustic transmission method. The results show that the sound wave transmission method has good engineering value in detecting the compactness of H-section steel of ground joint wall. The field test results are more consistent with the trial design. Through analysis and summary,the acoustic parameter database with different density can be obtained in order to provide scientific guidance and decision for its practical application.
