异型塔冠临时支撑系统及加固方案分析

Research on Atypical Tower Crown Support System and Reinforcement Scheme

  • 摘要: 为研究异型塔冠钢结构施工过程中塔冠临时支撑系统与加固方案的可行性,本文采用有限元数值模拟方法,对武汉市武昌区某异型塔冠钢结构项目进行了分析。模拟内容包括塔冠临时支撑系统的搭建过程、塔冠临时支撑系统卸载后塔冠钢结构的变形和应力状态,以及施工过程中和增设加固结构后主体结构的应力和位移。基于模拟得到的应力、位移和失稳形态结果,对施工方案进行了可靠性评估。分析结果表明,塔冠临时支撑系统及其相连的塔冠钢结构构件,在施工阶段的强度、稳定性及挠度均满足设计规范要求。然而研究也发现,主体结构中部分构件存在承载力储备不足的问题。通过增设加固结构进行补强后,主体结构的强度与稳定性均达到设计规范要求。上述模拟分析结果验证了塔冠临时支撑系统设计及加固方案的可行性,其研究结论可为同类钢结构工程的施工与设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: To investigate the feasibility of tower temporary support system and reinforcement schemes for the construction of a non-typical tower crown steel structure, this paper employs finite element numerical simulation to analyze a project located in Wuchang District, Wuhan City. The simulation encompasses the erection process of the tower temporary support, the deformation and stress state of the tower crown steel structure after unloading, and the stress and displacement of the main structure during construction and after the addition of reinforcement. Based on the simulated results of stress, displacement, and buckling behavior, the reliability of the construction scheme was evaluated. The results show that the temporary support system for the tower crown and its connected tower crown steel structural members all meet the requirements of design codes in terms of strength, stability, and deflection during the construction stage. However, the study also finds that some members in the main structure have insufficient load-bearing capacity reserve. After reinforcement by adding strengthening structures, both the strength and stability of the main structure have reached the requirements of design codes. The above simulation and analysis results verify the feasibility of the design of the temporary support system for the tower crown and the strengthening scheme, and the research conclusions can provide a reference for the construction and design of similar steel structure projects.
