碳中和背景下食品污泥的资源化利用前景分析

Analysis of the Prospect of Resource Utilization of Food Sludge Under the Background of Carbon Neutrality

  • 摘要: 在中国提出碳中和目标的背景下,为促进食品污泥处置实现高效资源化利用和减污降碳的产业目标。本文综述了食品污泥的泥质特性和主要处置技术,凝练了主要处置技术中的碳排放要素和碳补偿要素,并展望了未来产业发展的机遇与挑战。结果表明:污泥处置过程碳排放主要包括能量源碳排放、温室气体逸散排放,以及能源回收和产物循环利用形成的碳补偿;其中,厌氧消化和热解炭化的处置方式具有良好的负碳排放潜力。在碳中和的背景下,未来食品污泥的处置应以能源高效回收及物质的高效循环利用为目标,通过过程能耗降低、气体逸散控制、生物质能回收利用等方式,以实现食品污泥处置的资源化利用和碳减排。

     

    Abstract: In the context of China's carbon neutrality goal, promoting the disposal of food sludge is crucial for achieving efficient resource utilization, reducing pollution, and meeting carbon industry targets. This paper provides a comprehensive review of the characteristics and main disposal technologies of food sludge, summarizes the carbon emission factors and compensation factors associated with these technologies, and offers insights into future opportunities and challenges in industrial development. The results show that carbon emissions from sludge disposal process mainly include energy source carbon emissions, greenhouse gas emission, and carbon compensation from energy recovery and product recycling. Wherein, anaerobic digestion and pyrolytic carbonization have good negative carbon emission potential. In the context of carbon neutrality, the future disposal of food sludge should aim at the efficient recovery of energy and the efficient recycling of materials, and realize the resource utilization and carbon emission reduction of food sludge disposal by reducing process energy consumption, controlling gas emission, and recycling biomass energy.
