地聚物泡沫材料的制备、性能与应用研究进展

Research Progress in Preparation, Properties and Application of Geopolymer Foam Materials: a Review

  • 摘要: 地聚物泡沫材料由于其卓越的性能、低廉的成本和绿色低碳的制备方案,使其能成为普通硅酸盐水泥基材料的替代品,在过去几年中已成为研究的热点。本文概述了地聚物反应原理,对地聚物泡沫材料的研究现状、以及包括硅铝酸盐固体废弃物原料、地聚物反应碱激发剂、发泡方式和稳泡剂的地聚物泡沫材料制备工艺进行了综述,对地聚物泡沫材料的隔热、吸音、吸附和吸能等性能及相应的应用现状进行了探讨,指出了该领域未来的发展前景以及需要注意的问题。

     

    Abstract: Geopolymer foams (highly porous materials) have emerged as one of the research hotspots in the past few years due to their remarkable properties, low cost, green and low carbon synthesis protocol, enabling them to be a substitute for ordinary Portland cement-based materials. In this paper, the reaction principle of geopolymer is summarized, and the research status of geopolymer foam material, as well as the preparation technology of geopolymer foam material including aluminosilicate solid waste raw materials, geopolymer reaction alkali activator, foaming method and foam stabilizer, are summarized.The thermal insulation, sound absorption, adsorption and energy absorption properties of geopolymer foam material and the corresponding application status are discussed.Moreover, the future development prospect and problems needing attention in this field are discussed.
