空气射流增压联合真空预压排水技术现场初试

Field Preliminary Test of Air Jet Boosting Combined with Vacuum Preloading Drainage Technology

  • 摘要: 真空预压处理滨海淤泥软土存在排水效率低、排水板易淤堵等问题,亟需对传统真空预压排水技术进行研究与改进。将传统增压管改进为带多个“收-扩-直”Laval圆形喷嘴的射流管,形成空气射流-真空预压联合排水体系;在真空预压尾期现场开展初试,对比注气前后排水量变化,并分析不同注气深度与时长影响。结果表明,基于Laval型喷嘴改进的“收-扩-直”型圆形喷嘴结构具有较好的空气加速效果和出口冲击力;现场空气射流增压管通气后,真空预压末期的真空排水效率能够提升5%~15%,证明了以高速空气射流形式的增压表现出对真空预压排水的有效促进作用;但现场初试过程中也发现了该技术需严格控制注气时长、注气量等,避免引起真空排水效率降低,以及气体沿管壁泄露等不利影响,提出的“小气量、脉冲式”射流、密封管体等解决思路,可供后续改进与工程应用参考。

     

    Abstract: The vacuum preloading method for treating coastal soft clay faces issues such as low drainage efficiency and drainage board clogging. This is urgent to research and improvement of conventional vacuum preloading drainage technology. Improve the traditional booster pipe into a pipe with multiple Laval circular jet nozzles, forming an air jet combined with vacuum preloading drainage system. Preliminary tests were conducted on site during the final stage of vacuum preloading, comparing the changes in drainage volume before and after air injection, and analyzing the effects of different air injection depths and durations. The results shows that the improved "convergent-expansion-straight" circular nozzle based on Laval nozzle configuration demonstrates superior air acceleration performance and outlet impact force. After ventilating the field air jet boosting pipe, the vacuum drainage efficiency in the final stage of vacuum preloading can be increased by 5%~15%, proving that the pressurization in the form of high-speed air jet has an effective promoting effect on vacuum preloading drainage. However, during the initial on-site testing process, it was also discovered that this technology requires strict control over the duration and volume of gas injection to avoid adverse effects such as reduced vacuum drainage efficiency and gas leakage along the pipe wall. The proposed solutions include "small gas volume, pulse type" jets, sealed pipe bodies, which can be used as a reference for subsequent improvements and engineering application.
