基于BIM的锚杆静压桩地基加固施工方法在改扩建工程中的应用研究

Research on the Application of BIM Based Anchor Static Pressure Pile Foundation Reinforcement Construction Method in Renovation and Expansion Projects

  • 摘要: 近年来,随着新型城镇化建设工作的快速推进,大量的老旧建筑需要进行改扩建,改扩建工程迎来新的发展机遇。锚杆静压桩由于受施工场地限制较小、施工振动小等优点被广泛应用于改扩建工程的旧有地基加固处理。本文针对某改扩建工程原有地基承载力不足、需要进行地基加固处理这一实际情况,通过理论分析、方案论证,最终确定使用锚杆静压桩进行地基加固并进行了工艺创新,具体包括:运用BIM技术进行地基加固施工工序模拟及细部节点模拟实现构配件的标准化生产,设计使用了一种凹凸咬合型连接钢板用于方桩接桩提高桩抵抗拉裂、抗弯剪的能力,采用钢模板外包气珠薄膜增强体系结构的内部粘结等。本技术解决了锚杆静压桩施工易断桩、整体性不易保证等问题,提高了桩基施工质量,保证了施工安全,为类似项目提供了借鉴和参考。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid advancement of new urbanization construction, a large number of old buildings need to be renovated and expanded, and the renovation and expansion projects have ushered in new development opportunities. Anchor rod static pressure piles are widely used in the reinforcement of old foundations in renovation and expansion projects due to their advantages such as less construction site restrictions and less construction vibration. This article focuses on the actual situation of insufficient bearing capacity of the original foundation and the need for foundation reinforcement treatment in a certain renovation and expansion project. Through theoretical analysis and scheme demonstration, it is finally determined to use anchor static pressure piles for foundation reinforcement and carry out technological innovation. Specifically, BIM technology is used to simulate the construction process of foundation reinforcement and detailed node simulation to achieve standardized production of components, A concave convex interlocking connection steel plate was used in the design for square pile connection to improve the pile's resistance to tensile cracking and bending shear. The internal bonding of the system structure was enhanced by using a steel template wrapped with an air bead film. This technology solves the problems of easy pile breakage and difficulty in ensuring integrity in anchor static pressure pile construction, improves the quality of pile foundation construction, ensures construction safety, and provides reference and reference for similar projects.
