透光混凝土在幕墙中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Translucent Concrete in Curtain Walls

  • 摘要: 为探究创新型透光混凝土外墙装饰板在建筑幕墙中的应用可行性,并分析其特性对幕墙整体表现的影响规律,为该类产品的规模化推广提供量化依据。本研究以岭南中医药博物馆项目为实践依托,聚焦冰裂纹透光板展开专项研究。通过系统分析其组成成分、内部光纤构造、制作工艺及安装方式,验证创新型透光混凝土外墙装饰板在建筑幕墙中的应用可行性。研究发现:透光混凝土板应用于建筑幕墙时,既保留了混凝土材料本身的优良性能,又凭借独特的透光能力与光影艺术表现力赋予了建筑全新的质感,同时具备节能优势;板材透光率主要由内部光纤密度及排列方式决定,在一定范围内,光纤密度的增加与排列方式的优化可显著提升透光率,且通过调整光纤排列能实现图案的定制化设计。该研究成果为透光混凝土幕墙的设计与应用提供了精准、合理的分析依据,亦为其规模化推广应用提供了扎实的实践支撑。

     

    Abstract: To explore the feasibility of applying innovative transparent concrete exterior wall decorative panels in building curtain walls, and analyze the impact of their characteristics on the overall performance of curtain walls, providing quantitative basis for the large-scale promotion of such products. This study is based on the Lingnan Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine project and focuses on the special research of ice crack transparent panels. By systematically analyzing its composition, internal fiber structure, manufacturing process, and installation method, the feasibility of applying innovative transparent concrete exterior wall decorative panels in building curtain walls is verified. Research has found that when transparent concrete slabs are applied to building curtain walls, they not only retain the excellent properties of the concrete material itself, but also give the building a new texture with their unique light transmission ability and artistic expression of light and shadow, while also having energy-saving advantages; The transmittance of the board is mainly determined by the internal fiber density and arrangement. Within a certain range, increasing the fiber density and optimizing the arrangement can significantly improve the transmittance, and by adjusting the fiber arrangement, customized pattern design can be achieved. The research results provide accurate and reasonable analysis basis for the design and application of transparent concrete curtain walls, and also provide solid practical support for their large-scale promotion and application.
