松散杂填土地层隧道加强型双侧壁导坑施工方法

Construction Method of Reinforced Double-sided Wall Guide Tunnel in Loose and Mixed Soil Layers

  • 摘要: 在杂填土地层中进行隧道施工,存在围岩变形及地面沉降大等工程问题,影响施工安全和其他结构物的正常使用。本文首先系统分析了杂填土地层的工程特性及其对隧道施工安全的影响;在此基础上提出杂填土地层隧道中采用双侧壁导坑加强型构造与旋喷桩基底加固相结合的综合处治措施,并采用数值模拟的方法对施工过程中隧道的受力演化与变形特性进行定量分析。研究结果表明:加强型双侧壁导坑工法可有效控制隧道结构的横、竖向位移,最大位移量均满足工程限值要求;初期支护体系表现出良好的承载性能,结构主应力水平维持在较低范围;隧道安全系数达到2.0,裂缝宽度控制在0.2 mm以内,各项指标均优于规范要求。研究结果有效解决了松散杂填土地层隧道施工中围岩大变形和地表沉降控制的难题,可为类似复杂地质条件下的隧道施工提供借鉴与参考。

     

    Abstract: Tunnel construction in loose and mixed soil layer has engineering problems such as large deformation of surrounding rock and large ground subsidence, which affects construction safety and normal use of other structures. This article first systematically analyzes the engineering characteristics of the loose and mixed soil layer and its impact on tunnel construction safety. On this basis, a comprehensive treatment measure is proposed for tunnels in the loose and mixed soil layer, which combines the reinforcement of double-sided wall guide pits with the reinforcement of rotary jet pile foundations. Numerical simulation is used to quantitatively analyze the stress evolution and deformation characteristics of the tunnel during the construction process. The results show that the reinforced double-side heading method can effectively control the horizontal and vertical displacements of the tunnel structure, and the maximum displacement meets the requirements of the engineering limit. The initial support system shows good bearing capacity, and the structural principal stress level is maintained in a low range. The safety factor of the tunnel reaches 2.0, and the crack width is controlled within 0.2 mm. All indicators are better than the specification requirements. The research results effectively solve the problems of large deformation of surrounding rock and surface settlement control in tunnel construction in loose and mixed soil layer, which can provide reference for tunnel construction under similar complex geological conditions.
